SUMMARY OF THE MAIN FUNCTION/PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Maintain overall rental conditions for each unit to ensure guest and owner satisfaction. 

Review inspection reports. 

Report findings and make solutions. 

Coordinate all activities related to the Owners and the rental program in regards to scheduling vendors. 

Owner arrival audits. 

Maintain controls to ensure proper coordination with all departments in the resort to achieve maximum satisfaction of Owners and Guests.


KEY PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review all inspection reports. Report any guest damages and ensure charges have been processed. Notify owners of worn items. 

Follow up with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure Premier standards are met.
Owner arrival inspections thoroughly completed.

Schedule vendors, complete work orders, vendor billing to owners, and verify work has been completed.  

Must manage communication in a very detailed manner and have urgency with responding. 

Must have the ability to create and foster relationships with a variety of personalities.
Must respond to all emails and voicemails within 24 hours.

 Additional responsibilities as requested.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma is required. 

A College or University degree or diploma in hospitality or hotel management is desired. 

Must be a team player and enjoy working as part of a group. 

Must present a contemporary professional image in compliance with appearance guidelines, as set in the Team Member Handbook policies and procedures.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
This position will require varied working hours that include weekends and holidays. 

Hours may include early mornings and some long days. 

Able to work independently. 

Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling owner, guest, and employee conflicts.

Able to write emails, memos, letters, reports, and operating procedures.

Able to understand, interpret and analyze written and financial reports.

Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the resort. 

Must be able to perform physical job duties of line employees as needed.

Must be able to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations. 

Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
