Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate fun, innovative events and activities that boost morale and foster teamwork
Organize celebrations for special occasions, milestones, and birthdays
Develop unique employee recognition programs that celebrate individual and team achievements
Partner with management to incorporate creativity and joy into everyday work life
Encourage participation in company gatherings and create inclusive experiences for all staff
Gather feedback and continuously improve programs to maintain a positive and engaging atmosphere
Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience planning events or group activities is a plus
