Clinical Support Services Manager

Community Health Northwest Florida is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Support Services Manager to join our team. This position provides leadership and oversight to clinical support staff while helping ensure efficient clinical operations and high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily clinical workflows, patient flow, staffing, and coverage.
  • Supervise and support Medical Assistants and Licensed Practical Nurses.
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and performance evaluations for clinical staff.
  • Ensure clinical processes, exam rooms, equipment, supplies, and infection control practices meet regulatory standards.
  • Oversee clinical triage processes, standing orders, and protocols.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of clinical staff.
  • Monitor patient safety and quality-of-care standards.
  • Work closely with leadership to address staffing, workflow, and operational needs.
  • Support clinical programs, quality initiatives, and other organizational activities.
