About the Role:

SQC Solutions is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Custodian Supervisor/Inspector to join our team in Pensacola, FL. In this role, you'll lead a hardworking custodial crew, ensuring facilities are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities:

Supervise, train, and motivate custodial staff to maintain consistent cleaning standards
Conduct routine inspections of facilities to ensure quality control and compliance
Assign daily cleaning tasks and manage staff schedules and workflows
Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and supply needs
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and janitorial equipment
Maintain detailed inspection logs and performance reports
Communicate with clients and management regarding facility cleanliness and service quality

Requirements:

Prior experience in custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance required
Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality control inspection skills
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, sanitation standards, and OSHA safety guidelines
Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
