Pyramid is seeking a full time Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Pyramid will provide training in methods and procedures for being successful as a Direct Support Professional. Experience in working individuals with disabilities is not required, but helpful. Behavior Tech experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Supervise, train and assist individuals of assigned group in areas of self-help, adult daily living, socialization, basic academics, skills development and leisure.
Implement training and behavior programs
Complete all required data entry and documentation
Ensure that safety and health care practices are observed
Assist with and participate in community integration projects
Provide personal care services

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Florida driver's license
Safe driving record
Successful drug test
