This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of quality and operational excellence. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Schedule and Oversee Maintenance Tasks: Develop and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule for all locations. Ensure timely completion of routine maintenance activities to uphold company standards. Manage Maintenance Personnel: Lead, train, and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism. Monitor performance and address any personnel issues promptly. Coordinate Service Appointments for Company Vehicles: Schedule and manage service and repair appointments for company vehicles. Ensure vehicle maintenance records are up-to-date and vehicles remain in optimal working condition. Oversee Level 2 Projects: Coordinate and manage medium-scale projects such as pressure washing, lawn maintenance, and other location-specific needs. Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure quality and timeliness of work. Quality Assurance and Reporting: Conduct inspections to verify that maintenance tasks and projects meet company standards. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and provide regular reports to leadership. QualificationsEducation & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in facilities management or a related field is a plus. 3+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a related role. Experience managing teams and coordinating projects is preferred. Skills & Competencies: Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and vendors. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency with maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 50 pounds. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
