The Residences at Pedcor Homes is seeking a skilled and dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician who takes pride in a job well done. If you're the person residents count on to solve problems, complete repairs the right way, and keep a community looking its best, we want to hear from you.

We're looking for a motivated team player with a positive attitude, strong customer service skills, and a commitment to quality. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and takes ownership of their work.

What You'll Do

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform apartment turns, make-readies, and punch work
• Complete general plumbing, electrical, drywall, and construction repairs
• Maintain community grounds and assist with debris removal
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify effective solutions
• Assist with larger maintenance projects as needed
• Provide exceptional service to residents and fellow team members

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1 year of apartment maintenance experience
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-first mindset
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
• Weekend availability required
• Occasional holiday work may be required

Preferred Qualifications

• HVAC experience preferred
• HVAC Certification preferred
• CPO Certification preferred
