#LI-BB1How you'll make an impact in this role
- Partner with clinical leaders and caregivers to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Identify quality, safety, and professional development gaps and help create improvement plans.
- Analyze quality and patient safety data to guide evidence-based nursing practice.
- Support Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) projects, including updating order sets, guidelines, and clinical practices.
- Coach and mentor staff through unit rounding while helping incorporate research and best practices into patient care.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Red Cross or American Heart Association accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
Work Experience:
- 2 years applicable experience required.
- 5 years preferred.
What additional requirements you'll need
- Registered Nurse Education experience
- Masters Degree in Nursing
- NICU experience preferred
