DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop work schedules
- Dispatch technicians
- Forecast scheduling for preventative maintenance
- Run reports in office to review jobs
- Maintain spreadsheets
- Modify scheduling to meet the needs of new job orders
- Communicate through email
- Record and maintain files of work, customer requests, services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information
- Will be a backup in the office to other Service Coordinators
- Ensure all invoices are received in a timely manner
- Assist in preparing job quotes
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails
- Assist managers with daily timesheets
- Follow up with customers with pending jobs
- Assist Technicians with warranties and type email proposals
- Forecast workload with 2-3 days advanced notice
- Manage claims, promotions, and rebates
PAY:
Starts at $22/hr.Â
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday ----- 8am-5pmÂ
REQUIREMENTS:
MUST be proficient in Word, Excel, & Outlook. Will be required to pass Data entry assessment testing.Â
Dispatch experience is preferred.Â
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.Â
