SUMMARY: 聽Perform a variety of transport duties related to Track and Trace, Loss Prevention, payroll, and various other administrative responsibilities.
DUTIES:
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work with Track and Trace program to ensure customers are properly routed, data input by route crews is accurate and correct, update data based on actual customer locations.聽
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Debrief route crews daily and update routing systems.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Organize and plan routes in advance.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Work closely with Transport Operations Leadership to provide updates and changes.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Integrate new customers into the Track and Trace system.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Use Google Maps to properly locate customer locations using Geo coordinates.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Other duties as assigned by Branch and Operations Manager
SKILLS:
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Power Point. Ability to create Excel spreadsheets as necessary to assist in the automation of daily tasks.聽
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to work well individually as well as being a team player with a positive attitude.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Ability to identify and maintain confidential matters in all aspects of the business.
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Strong organization skills
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Must be able to multi-task
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 2-5 years administrative experience
- 路聽聽聽聽聽聽 Transportation or trucking experience a plus
