Bay Climate Control and Refrigeration is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technicians to support our expanding customer base in the Destin area.

What You’ll Do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Perform preventive maintenance and respond to emergency service calls
- Install new systems and components as needed
- Deliver top-quality service while communicating effectively with customers
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC and refrigeration
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- EPA certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- A dependable, professional attitude with a strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, driven, and willing to go the extra mile to get the job done
