Pay: $18–$20 per hour + Overtime Opportunities

What You'll Do

Production & Chemical Blending

• Blend and mix chemical products according to established procedures and quality standards.
• Measure, weigh, and label raw materials accurately.
• Operate production equipment and assist with loading railcars and bulk containers.
• Load dry powder materials into processing systems.

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, inspect, store, and ship materials.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders.
• Organize inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
• Assist with inventory counts and material replenishment.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
• Report safety concerns promptly.

Team Support

• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as needed to support operations.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced industrial environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred

• Warehouse, manufacturing, production, or logistics experience.
• Forklift experience or certification.
• Basic computer and inventory system knowledge.

No chemical manufacturing experience? No problem. We provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
