Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our well-established Outpatient Private Internal Medicine Practice in Peoria, Arizona.
The NP will primarily conduct home visits to treat adult patients who are homebound.
This position offers flexibility in scheduling, with practice hours from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, and weekends off.
Compensation ranges from $45 to $60 per hour, along with a full benefits package including medical, dental, vacation, and a 401K plan.
Candidates must be a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with an active or eligible Arizona NP license, and while 1 year of home health experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply.

We are looking to bring on a Full Time or Part Time NP to join our Private Practice located in Peoria, Arizona!

We are a well-established Outpatient Private Internal Medicine Practice that specializes in treating Adult patients that are homebound.

The Nurse Practitioner will do Home Visits and treat our Adult patients in their homes.

Full Time or Part Time Position is Available!

We offer flexibility with our schedule!

Practice Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

Closed on the weekends!

Our Compensation is: $45 - $60 per hour + Full Benefits.

Requirements

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner.
Active/Eligible Arizona NP license.
1 year or more of previous experience in Home Health is preferred but not required.
New Grads OK!
