About the Role:
BES Electric, a Phoenix-based commercial electrical contractor, is hiring a motivated experienced apprentice
to support our commercial crews on tenant improvement and ground-up projects across the
Valley. This is a great opportunity to learn the trade and build a real career alongside
experienced journeymen.
What We are Looking For
• Some electrical experience or relevant trade schooling preferred, train the right
person
• Eager to learn, dependable, and ready to put in an honest days work
• Able to follow direction and work safely on a job site
• Comfortable with physical work lifting, standing, and working in various conditions
. Must be able to follow instructionsÂ
• Valid Arizona drivers license and dependable transportation
Pay depends on experienceÂ
• $18–$24/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist licensed electricians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Bend pipeÂ
- Pull wire effeciently and quicklyÂ
- Make up boxesÂ
- Perform electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to local electrical codes and regulations.
- Help with the installation electrical panelsÂ
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure a clean job site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in electrical work is a plus.
- Previous experience as an apprentice or in a related electrical field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety practices.
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
