Job Type: Direct Hire – Full-Time
Shift: 12-Hour Days or Nights
Salary: $32.61–$49.28/hour
Shift Differential: +$4.00/hour Nights | +$3.25/hour Weekends
New Grad Eligible: Yes
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $12,500 for New Graduates | Up to $20,000 for 1+ Year Experience
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basisΒ 

Requirements

  • Current RN license in the applicable state of practice (Illinois or Michigan)
  • BLS – American Heart Association required before start
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous RN experience preferred
  • BSN preferred
  • Basic proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft applications

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
  • Provide safe, competent nursing care according to professional standards
  • Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
  • Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to frequently lift, move, or carry patients and equipment weighing 35 lbs. or more
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop, and squat as required
  • Strong visual, manual coordination, and basic mathematical skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • May encounter exposure to bloodborne pathogens, contagious diseases, chemicals, and other clinical hazards
