Pay range for this position is $50.08 - $61.66/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure. This is an Hourly position.


 

Limited Weekend Requirements!

*Self-scheduled per 6 week plotter

0-4 years of RN Experience =  4 Weekend Shifts

4-10 years of RN Experience = 3 Weekend Shifts

10-15 years of RN Experience = 2 Weekend Shifts

15+ years of RN Experience = No weekend Shifts


Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: ​

The RN ED Clinical Resource Team (CRT) Float Pool provides professional nursing care services to (patients' ages 0 through adult). The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care provided to assigned patients. In doing so, demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served (0 - adult, Operating Room nurses may care for pediatric patients 0-18) by the unit. The following are general characteristics of this job, although duties may vary by assigned shift. Registered Professional Nurses at OSF HealthCare are licensed professionals empowered to participate in an interdisciplinary approach to meet the expectations of those we serve.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Licenses/Certifications:

  • RN-Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS - American Heart Association

Experience:

  • 2 years overall nursing experience with 1 year current experience in an acute healthcare setting within the specialty hired for

Other skills/knowledge:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
