Enforces policies, procedures and standards of operation. Position has budgetary or fiscal accountability. Maintains and oversees daily operation of unit. Renders and mentors individualized, age appropriate patient care. Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, meeting applicable regulatory standards, approving supply orders and department strategic planning.
