As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly with employees and visitors, and support site operations with integrity and teamwork. Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, access points, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access to designated areas, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Communicate observations, concerns, and incident details to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
