Our Stores Team Members are the heart of the customer experience. Every day, you bring a friendly attitude, help customers find the gear that fuels their next adventure, share your passion for sports and the outdoors, and keep the store looking sharp and ready for customers. The environment is active, fast paced, and high-energy, which is exactly what makes it fun.

Whether you’re guiding someone to the perfect product or learning new skills behind the scenes, you play a key role in helping more people enjoy more sports and outdoors.

Store Team Lead Positions:

• Logistics Team Lead

Targeted Pay Range: $20 - $26.00. The starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, certifications, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Team members may qualify to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, subject to terms and conditions of respective plans and employment eligibility.
