About the Role

Cornerstone Media Group is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Online Live Chat Representative to join our remote customer support team. As an Online Live Chat Representative, you will assist customers by answering questions, providing information about products and services, resolving basic inquiries, and ensuring every interaction delivers a positive customer experience. No prior live chat experience is required—we provide comprehensive training.

Qualifications
