Full-time Hotel Night Audit, Third Shift - NEW HOTEL

A brand new Hampton by Hilton in East Peoria is officially hiring! We are seeking a full time Night Audit - Front Desk Agent join our new team! We would love for you to be a part of the new Hampton by Hilton opening in May 2026!

This individual must have great customer service skills, be able to multi-task, and can comfortably work alone as well as on a team. This is a 3rd shift position. Must have weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handles guest reservations.
• Answers and transfers phone calls.
• Posts charges and balances daily transactions.
• Executes end of night closeout procedures as well as prepare for the new day.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
