Job Description

Domino's Pizza in Peoria, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 3320 N. Prospect Rd. #B location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
  • Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
  • Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
  • Interact positively with customers, addressing concerns and resolving issues
  • Assist in training and developing new team members
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store
  • Implement and follow company policies and procedures
  • Support inventory management and stock control
  • Collaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needs
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications
