Job Summary:

A Robotic Welder is responsible for executing accurate welding of various materials and thickness to fit the specifications of our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate welding equipment
  • Troubleshoot robotic welding systems, controllers, sensors, and peripheral equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on welding robots and tooling
  • Monitor weld quality and adjust to improve performance and consistency
  • Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
  • Develop and optimize robotic welding programs to improve productivity and reduce scrap
  • Maintain accurate production, maintenance, and quality records
  • Follow all company safety procedures
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on Safety, 5S, efficiency, quality, and cost reductions
  • Ensure work meets quality standards
  • Keep work area clean and organized
  • Additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

  • Proficient ability in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, etc.)
  • Ability to read blueprints
  • Welding experience or trade school welding program required
  • Successful complete of an in-house weld test
  • Ability to read tape measure accurately
  • Great work ethic and attendance
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
  • High school diploma or GED required
