Are you an experienced emergency services leader who thrives on serving people, building strong teams, and creating safe, welcoming communities? In the Operations Manager of Emergency Services role, you will be responsible for promoting the safety and well-being of residents, employees, and visitors. This Operations Manager role delivers exceptional customer service and hospitality, fosters a culture of belonging, and manages a team of EMS professionals who provide emergency medical services to residents, employees, and visitors.

Compensation: $73,000 - $83,000 annually plus a generous performance-based bonus.

How you will make an impact

  • Support a 24-hour, 7-days-a-week operation, ensuring continuous coverage and rapid response at all times
  • Assume overall responsibility for the safety, emergency services, and customer service approach to the well-being of the community
  • Conduct audits, testing, and safety inspections in support of Life Safety and OSHA compliance
  • Conduct investigations, documents and preserves evidence as required
  • Responds to incidents and emergencies of significance and serves as the incident commander until relieved by a higher authority
  • Operate company vehicles safely and in accordance with established policies and applicable laws
  • Serve as the liaison officer to external first responders

What you will need

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Strong communication and customer service, hospitality skills
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in public safety leadership, Emergency Management, or comparable leadership experience
  • Current and valid driver’s license
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in an Emergency Responder role
  • Emergency Medical Responder Certification (within 6 months of hire)
  • Professional Security Certification such as CPP, PSP, or CHPA (preferred)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification (provided if needed)
  • OSHA 10-Hour certification (within 6 months of hire)
