 Hours: 3pm-11pm M-F
Compensation:
- All in hourly compensation: $25.54/hr
- Base Pay: $23.32/hr
- Sign on Bonus: $1.22/hr
- 6% Shift Differential for Mid Shift: $1.40
- Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2025)

The Opportunity
Tuffy’s Pet Food is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Mid Shift, Lead CDL position. The person in this role is responsible for all shipping and receiving and line service function in the warehouse. Move semi-trailers as needed.
Essential Duties:Â
- Be able to operate forklifts, push pulls, do daily forklift inspections
- Drive the jockey truck, move trailers, transfer product, truck inspections
- Maintain a continuous flow of material for warehouse & production lines
- Load & ship finished goods
- Have knowledge of all products in warehouse and ship them in a proper manner
- Do shipping and receiving documents accurately
- Haul garbage to the compactor
- Clean the warehouse, run power sweepers
- Wrap product for UPS shipments
- Do inventory both year end and monthly
- Give breaks to line pullers
- Scale trucks in and out as needed
Qualifications
- Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English
- Must have a CDL LicenseÂ
- Able to operate forklift, push pulls safely and efficientlyÂ
- Self-MotivatedÂ
- Knowledge of all products stored in warehouseÂ
- General mathematical skillsÂ
- Basic computer skillsÂ
- Follow company policiesÂ
