Pharmacy Retail Supervisor - Acute Care

An acute care facility in Peridot, AZ is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Retail Supervisor for a 13-week contract starting February 16, 2026. This role oversees daily retail pharmacy operations while supporting high-quality patient care in a hospital setting. Local candidates are preferred, with potential for temp-to-perm conversion.

Contract Length: 13 weeks

Start Date: 2/16/26

Pay: $79 - $84, depending on experience

• Supervise daily operations of the retail pharmacy within an acute care facility
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and safety standards
• Support staff scheduling, workflow, and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to maintain excellent service

• Active pharmacist license with no disciplinary history
• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Hospital pharmacy experience required
• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
