Customer Service Representative

Position Summary:

The Routing & Shipping Coordinator is responsible for overseeing order verification, shipment confirmations, and routing activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. This role works closely with customers, carriers, and warehouse teams to maintain compliance with routing requirements and shipping schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee order entry verification and shipment confirmations
• Manage all routing activities, including submitting routing requests
• Review and follow customer routing guides and compliance requirements
• Schedule pickup and delivery appointments with carriers and distribution centers
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines
• Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
• Resolve routing and shipment issues in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with customers, carriers, and internal departments

Job Requirements:

• Previous shipping, routing, or logistics experience preferred
• Strong understanding of routing procedures and transportation coordination
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with shipping systems, ERP software, or Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
