We're looking for a friendly, bilingual Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming experience for every patient. Responsibilities Welcome and assist patients with professionalism and exceptional customer service. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries. Register patients and maintain accurate records. Process payments and verify patient information. Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience. Support office operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. High school diploma or equivalent. At least one year of customer service or front office experience required; dental or orthodontic experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations as needed.
