Job Summary
The Inventory Control Supervisor is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory across all clients and storage locations within the warehouse. This role focuses on cycle counting, discrepancy resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of inventory accuracy in a multi-client 3PL environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inventory accuracy across all warehouse locations
- Perform and manage daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS
- Partner with Receiving, B2B, DTC, and Production teams to prevent errors
- Develop SOPs for inventory handling and adjustments
- Prepare inventory reports for internal teams and clients
- Support client audits and physical inventories
- Monitor shrink, damages, and loss trends
Qualifications
- 3+ years inventory control experience in a warehouse or 3PL
- Strong WMS experience
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Experience managing cycle counts and audits
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Salary: The anticipated base salary is $70k-$80k annually
. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
