Operations Manager 3Pl

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to lead our Warehouse and Distribution Center operations. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics, including inventory management, transportation, and process improvement initiatives to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain execution.

Hands-on experience in both Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) and Business-to-Business (B2B) operations is required. The Operations Manager will drive operational excellence, lead and develop teams, optimize resources, and promote a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining strict standards for safety, accuracy, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse and distribution center operations

• Manage end-to-end logistics, including inventory control and transportation

• Lead and develop warehouse, shipping, and logistics teams

• Implement and monitor process improvement initiatives

• Optimize labor, space, and operational resources

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

• Maintain high levels of order accuracy and on-time delivery

• Monitor KPIs and drive performance improvements

• Control operational costs while improving efficiency

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in warehouse and distribution management

• Hands-on experience with both DTC and B2B operations

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain best practices

• Results-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
