We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients begin their smile journey while delivering an outstanding patient experience. As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options, discussing financial arrangements, and building the confidence needed to move forward with care. Responsibilities Meet with patients following their orthodontic consultation to review treatment recommendations and next steps. Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and answer patient questions with confidence and professionalism. Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and available payment options. Help patients feel informed and confident about beginning treatment. Schedule new patient starts and follow up with pending treatment opportunities. Coordinate with doctors and team members to maintain an efficient schedule and exceptional patient experience. Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation. Travel between office locations as needed to support business operations. Qualifications Minimum of two years of dental or orthodontic experience required. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required. Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options. Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills. Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
