Responsibilities include: Supporting individuals in achieving person-centered goals and outcomes Assisting with daily living, social, communication, and life-skill development Participating in community integration and recreational activities Providing transportation and accompanying participants to community outings Operating agency vehicles safely and responsibly Supporting appropriate social interactions and behavioral success Administering medications and treatments in accordance with training and agency procedures Completing required documentation and service records Maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Building positive relationships with participants, families, coworkers, and community members Representing Siffrin in a professional and respectful manner Benefits Eligible employees may receive: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Paid Training and Professional Development QualificationsWhat We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to safely transport participants using agency vehicles Ability to pass required background checks Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications and training Basic computer and communication skills Ability to provide physical assistance as needed, including lifting, transferring, and supporting individuals served Preferred Qualifications Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities Experience in healthcare, caregiving, social services, education, human services, behavioral health, direct care, or related fields No experience?
