Job Summary

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Review menu and other production needs to oversee and manage daily functions
Supervise catering to ensure all systems and tools are being used correctly
Visit guest service areas to assess satisfaction levels
Maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand during event
Assist the Premium Department with administrative work including monthly inventory
Ensure compliance with alcohol service standards
Maintain cleanliness of service areas and catering storage in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements
Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures
Adapt to shifting event locations across property
Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)
Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere
Work both independently and with a team
Maintain excellent attendance and able to work evening/weekend events as scheduled
Experience in catering or a high-volume environment preferred
