Job Description:

We are currently hiring for First Party Collections in our Maumee, Ohio location!

This is a first party collections program centered on providing collections services for consumer card, commercial card, and consumer loan lines of business. Collectors on this program will manage a daily caseload of customer with the objective of collecting past due amounts while maintaining high performance in Quality and Compliance to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: $17/hour

Location: 1684 Woodlands Dr, Maumee, OH 43537 (Onsite)

Training Hours: Monday through Friday 10AM - 7PM

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday 10AM - 7PM
