The Opportunity

We are seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence Manager to build and advance our enterprise reporting and analytics capabilities across a growing, multi-location organization.

This role will bring together data from multiple financial, operational, HR, and business systems—including NetSuite, ADP, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise applications—and transform that information into reliable, actionable reporting for leaders throughout the organization.

This is not simply a dashboard development role. We are looking for someone who can understand the business, build the underlying data infrastructure, automate reporting, develop meaningful KPIs, and create intuitive Tableau dashboards that help leaders make better and faster decisions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical capabilities with business acumen and enjoys building scalable solutions in a growing organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain executive, financial, operational, and workforce dashboards in Tableau.
  • Integrate data from NetSuite, ADP, Microsoft Dynamics, and other enterprise systems.
  • Build and maintain automated data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Develop scalable data models, semantic layers, and reporting datasets that establish consistent data definitions, calculation logic, and a reliable enterprise source of truth.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, M&A, IT, and executive leadership to define meaningful KPIs and reporting requirements.
  • Automate recurring reporting and reduce reliance on manually prepared spreadsheets.
  • Develop standardized location and market scorecards to enable meaningful performance comparisons.
  • Create reporting related to revenue, profitability, labor, productivity, staffing, turnover, budget performance, growth, and other key business metrics.
  • Support acquisition integration by incorporating new businesses and data sources into standardized enterprise reporting.
  • Establish data validation, reconciliation, and quality controls to ensure enterprise reporting can be traced to and reconciled against source systems.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and proactively surface insights to leadership.
  • Train leaders to effectively use dashboards and analytics tools to manage performance.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, data engineering, reporting, or a related field.
  • Advanced Tableau experience.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple enterprise systems.
  • Experience with APIs, ETL/ELT processes, data transformation, and automated data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business questions into effective analytics solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate technical and analytical concepts to non-technical business leaders.

Preferred Experience

  • NetSuite.
  • ADP or other HRIS/payroll platforms.
  • Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM/ERP platforms.
  • Azure, SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, or similar data platforms.
  • Power BI in addition to Tableau.
  • Multi-location or multi-business-unit organizations.
  • Private equity-backed, high-growth, or acquisition-driven businesses.
  • Executive and Board-level reporting.
  • Integration of newly acquired businesses into standardized enterprise reporting.

Benefits

  • 401(k) with 5% company match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Paid time off
  • Employee discounts
  • Work-from-home flexibility
