We’re looking for an HR Generalist who is passionate about creating a positive employee experience and enjoys balancing people support with operational excellence. What You’ll Do
As an HR Generalist, you’ll play a key role in supporting employees and helping drive HR operations across the organization. You’ll partner with leaders and team members to ensure a smooth, engaging, and compliant workplace experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions and HR supportÂ
- Coordinate and lead new hire onboarding and orientation programsÂ
- Administer employee benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA/HSA, and leave programsÂ
- Educate employees on benefit options, enrollment, and HR policiesÂ
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data (Paylocity experience preferred)Â
- Support payroll coordination, reporting, and employee data managementÂ
- Prepare HR reports, audits, and compliance documentationÂ
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policiesÂ
- Support DOT compliance and customer-specific contract requirementsÂ
- Assist with recruiting efforts including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationÂ
- Help coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, communications, and eventsÂ
- Support a collaborative, people-first culture across the organizationÂ
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as neededÂ
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Human Resources experience, including benefits administration, payroll support, employee relations, and recruitingÂ
- 3+ years of HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred)Â
- Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
- Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detailÂ
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)Â
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionÂ
- Ability to travel occasionally to our Bryan, OH locationÂ
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldÂ
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or aPHR certificationÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsÂ
- Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organizationÂ

Work Environment
This role is primarily office-based with time spent in manufacturing environments. The position involves extended computer use, regular communication with employees and leaders, and occasional regional travel.
