Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm and 10:00am - 6:00pm
As the Supervisor, Transportation Coordinator, you collaborate with IT, ProMedica Transportation Network, Care Navigation and Dispatch in accordance with all policies and procedures as well as regulatory agency requirements.Â

In this role, you implement and maintain all components of the PTN systems by applying technical expertise in assigned hardware and software.Â

REQUIREMENTS:Â
- Education: Must have a High School diploma or equivalent. Â
- Years of Experience: Must have two (2) years of experience in information and dispatch systems.Â
Â
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:Â
- Education: Associate of ArtsÂ
- Skills: Knowledge of IP radio, phone and recording systems. Knowledge of Zoll, EMS – CAD, Epic, and Image Trend operational procedures. Knowledge of security systems to secure drugs, equipment, and monitoring.Â
