Job Requirements
- Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/universityÂ
- Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience Â
- Ability to work independentlyÂ
- Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)Â
- Active and unrestricted applicable licensureÂ
- Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hireÂ
- NPI & DEAÂ
- Current National Board Certification
- May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.Â
