Flat River Group has experienced incredible growth, and we now have multiple US-based distribution facilities Your Mission in This Role We’re recruiting a Warehouse Associate to help support the daily warehouse and fulfillment operations by ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, labeled, and shipped in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.  Join our team and be part of a dynamic ecommerce company that values its employees and fosters a collaborative, supportive work environment. QualificationsWhat You’ll Get to Do Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring products are properly labeled and securely packaged for safe delivery Pick, pack, and label outgoing dropship orders Load and arrange products in delivery trucks using appropriate tools and equipment Repackage products as needed to meet quality and shipping standards Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and organize items for storage Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items Unload and process incoming containers for storage and distribution. Consolidate products and orders for mass kitting operations Maintain warehouse cleanliness, including cardboard breakdown and disposal Operate carts, scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts (Hilo), and other warehouse equipment Report issues with warehouse equipment and ensure proper maintenance Perform other related duties as assigned Skills That Make You Shine Previous warehouse or retail experience preferred Forklift experience (sit down and stand up) is a plus. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance repeatedly Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds without assistance occasionally Ability to stand and/or walk for 8-10 hours for 5-6 days/week Ability to regularly bend, twist, stoop, and reach Experience That Sets You Up for Success High school diploma or equivalent required
