This position is ideal for someone who is smart, personable, organized, and naturally good at helping people work through problems. You’ll interact with customers, employees, managers, and Toyota representatives while helping resolve concerns, improve communication, and keep things moving throughout the dealership. Position Type: Full-Time Location: Fully Onsite at Hansel Toyota in Petaluma, CA What We’re Looking For Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong emotional intelligence and good judgment A natural problem solver who learns quickly Comfortable handling difficult or frustrated customers Organized, dependable, and strong with follow-through Able to work independently and take initiative Comfortable learning new technology and systems Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people Automotive experience is not required. We can teach the dealership and Toyota systems. We are more interested in finding the right person with the intelligence, communication skills, and personality to succeed in the role.
