Customer Service Background is a great start Self-Motivation is a key and driven to succeed Availity to work a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record Pass a drug screening and criminal background check Pay Defined: The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses.
