The right candidate will have professional telephone manners, be great with people, and customer service experience. Pay Range The Service Admin Assistant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $20.00 and $22.00. Responsibilities and Duties Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments using internal systems Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery Monitor appointment flow and adjust schedules as needed to maximize efficiency Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive Answer a multiple line phone system Complete service documents as necessary Create service appointments and make follow-up calls Assist in managing the service loaner fleet Embody hospitality every day in every way Work well in a fast-paced environment   Qualifications and Skills Experience with Appointment coordinating is a plus!!  Customer Service Experience Multiple-line telephone experience is important Manage/deescalate high stress calls Able to meet and greet the public with enthusiasm Display the highest level of professionalism Must be reliable and punctual Able to utilize computerized tracking systems Previous Service or Phone experience within a dealership is a huge plus Team player with a positive attitude Pass a drug test Pass a criminal background screening Be able to work Full Time Benefits and Perks Medical Benefits Dental Plan Vision Plan 401-K 401-K Employer Contributions Flexible Spending Plans Employee Discounts on vehicles, service and parts Learn More We are proud to be a family-owned business with over 60 years in Sonoma County and over 160 years in California.
