As a Service Advisor, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through their service experience from start to finish. You’ll serve as the trusted link between customers and our technicians, helping guests understand their vehicle needs while delivering an experience that feels supportive, informed, and efficient. Pay Range Depending on job performance, the Service Advisor compensation ranges from $37,500.00 to $150,000 +. Benefits and Perks  Medical Insurance  Dental Insurance  Vision Plan  Flexible Spending Plans  401-K Program 401-K employer contributions Employee Discounts on vehicles, service and parts    Responsibilities and Duties Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive  Complete all service documents  Represent and sell recommended maintenance and repair work  Follow-up with each customer on declined work  Effectively manage activity in the service lane  Maintain ongoing conversations with extended warranty providers    Qualifications and Skills • Dealership service writing experience is a huge plus! • Professional appearance and strong customer presence • Excellent communication skills — written & verbal • Ability to confidently recommend and sell service • Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record • Reliable, punctual, and customer‑focused • Able to pass a drug test • Able to pass a criminal background screening   Pay Defined: The Service Advisor position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $18.31, plus performance bonuses.
