Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Clinical Coordinator (RN) – Behavioral Health for a permanent/full-time position in New Hampshire. Local candidates are preferred.

Position Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a medical office setting – Required
- Previous experience supervising or coordinating clinical support staff in a medical office – Highly Preferred
- Pediatrics experience – Highly Preferred
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care practices
- Experience with patient triage, prescription refill management, and care coordination
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
Education, License & Certification Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or equivalent – Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Highly Preferred
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License – Required
- BLS Certification (AHA or American Red Cross) – Required
Job Description:
- Coordinate the daily activities of clinical support staff to ensure efficient patient flow and adequate staffing.
- Provide direct nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care plans.
- Perform telephone triage, manage prescription refill requests, and coordinate ongoing patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and clinical communications.
- Educate patients and families regarding disease management, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Supervise and mentor clinical support staff while promoting teamwork and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards, organizational policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
