Sage Group HealthCare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Pediatrics Office for a permanent/full-time position in New Hampshire. Local candidates are preferred.

Position Requirements:
- Previous nursing experience in Pediatrics, Primary Care, Family Practice, or an outpatient clinical setting – Required
- New graduate nurses are not eligible for this position
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, clinical procedures, and patient care practices
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate, patient-centered care
- Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Education, License & Certification Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) or higher from an accredited nursing program – Required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Preferred
- Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact RN License at the time of submission – Required
- BLS Certification (AHA) – Required
- ACLS Certification – Required
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in a pediatric outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to develop and coordinate individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, immunizations, treatments, and other nursing interventions as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions and promptly communicate changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
- Educate pediatric patients and their families regarding disease management, medications, preventive care, and treatment plans.
- Supervise and provide clinical guidance to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Medical Assistants (MAs) as appropriate.
- Advocate for patient safety, comfort, and quality care while maintaining professional nursing standards.
- Ensure compliance with all clinical policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and perform additional duties as assigned.
