Registered Nurses (RN) – All Shifts

Located in Peterborough, New Hampshire, RiverMead is a not-for-profit, full-service Lifecare Community committed to delivering high-quality care and fostering a positive, rewarding workplace culture.

Shift Differentials
• 2nd Shift: +$2.50/hour
• 3rd Shift: +$3.50/hour
• Weekend Differential: +$1.50/hour
(Friday 5:00 PM – Sunday midnight)

Key Responsibilities
• Deliver and oversee nursing care for assisted living residents in accordance with RiverMead policies and professional nursing standards
• Perform initial and ongoing resident assessments
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the Director of Nursing, Neighborhood Coordinators, interdisciplinary teams, residents, and families
• Administer medications and provide therapeutic treatments, including wound care, immunizations, and infection management
• Carry out physician orders and coordinate referrals to appropriate healthcare disciplines as needed
• Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being

Qualifications
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• Current CPR certification
