Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities in a facility are appropriately carried out
  • Maintaining and upholding the quality and standards of an organization
  • Keeping a record of all maintenance and service activities conducted and maintaining a cycle of the same
  • Ensuring proper working shifts of employees
  • Evaluating staff performances
  • Complying with all safety norms and regulations set by the industry
  • Delegating work to subordinates and ensuring the timely completion of the same

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three (3) years related experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job
  • Must have the ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
  • Must have the ability to relate professionally and positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
