What You’ll Do
Each shift, you’ll play a vital role in our patients’ recovery by:
- Monitoring patient conditions and responding promptly to their needs
- Observing, assessing, and clearly communicating symptoms to physicians
- Working closely with the healthcare team to create personalized care plans
- Performing routine nursing tasks such as vital signs, injections, and charting
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered by providers
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
- Responding confidently and effectively during emergencies
- Supervising and supporting LPNs and Mental Health Technicians
- Offering reassurance, education, and compassion to patients and families
- Continuing to grow professionally through training, workshops, and development opportunities

Shift Options
- Part‑Time Day or Night Shift
- 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
You’ll work alongside a supportive, team‑oriented staff that truly values collaboration, respect, and excellence in care.

Qualifications
Â
We’re looking for an RN who brings both clinical expertise and compassion to every shift. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- Strong knowledge of nursing care practices and clinical procedures
- Hands‑on experience and confidence in providing emergency care
- A solid understanding of health and safety guidelines, including sanitation and decontamination—and a commitment to following them consistently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a true team‑player mindset
- A responsible, dependable approach paired with genuine compassion for patients
- Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities in a fast‑paced setting
- Proven experience working as a Registered Nurse
- A BSN or diploma from an accredited nursing program
- A valid nursing license with at least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in psychiatric or acute care settings
