Job Type: Part-time - 2 days Onsite and 3 days available Telehealth

Schedule: Flexible, up to 20 hours per week

Setting: Nursing Home, Rehabilitation Center, Skilled Nursing Facility

Location: Brickyard Healthcare Petersburg - Petersburg, IN

Qualifications:

• Current license as a Physical Therapist or ability to obtain in the state of practice.
