A SENIOR FOOD SERVICE SPECIALIST assists the Food Services Manager in planning menus and is also responsible for the preparation of meals and directing workflow in the Food Services Department.Job Description:
I.Essential Functions
- Responsible for cooking and preparing meals for the 3rd shift
- Responsible for getting the meat orders for 2nd and 3rd
- Must be able to multi-task with minimal supervision.
- Must work as a team player, ensuring standard operating specifications are achieved and in a safe/efficient manner
- Communicate well with other team members
- Must follow the Company鈥檚 GMP鈥檚, SOP鈥檚, plant rules, other policies, and codes of conduct.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions
- Strive to satisfy the requirements of both internal and external customers
- Other duties as assigned.
- Work with minimal supervision
- Ability to stand, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch for extended periods of time
II.Education and Experience
路 High school diploma or GED equivalent or up to one-month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
